Shipping

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.  

All orders are shipped by UPS and are usually shipped within 2 businesses days of when your order is placed, unless of course you request a later delivery date. If your order has to be delivered the next day… we will try our best!  Orders are shipped “signature release”, which means UPS will leave the package without a signature. Make sure the recipient will be available to receive their seafood!  If you are unsure they will be available to receive the order, then send a gift certificate.
Certain situations allow for a Standard 2-day delivery.  Most orders will be shipped overnight to ensure quality, typically arriving before 6 p.m. .  There is an “overnight AM delivery” , in which your order will be delivered by 10:30am the next day after order has shipped to most city and suburban areas and 4:30 pm or earlier to remote areas.

Saturday deliveries are quite expensive but are doable. Our seafood cannot be delivered on Sunday or Monday, nor on most major Holidays.

In the winter we will have an occasional "snow day" where UPS, despite its best efforts, cannot promise that our packages will be delivered on time. On those occasions, we will reschedule shipments as weather allows and will do our best to notify all affected. Call early to place a Christmas week order, as this and other major holidays, as well as weather conditions, may change delivery availability. 

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from service@coralreefseafood.com with your name and billing address, the shipping address, the items ordered and your requested shipping date. Please review this email carefully and let us know if there is anything that doesn't look correct by emailing or calling our retail department.   We will email you the UPS tracking number as it becomes available to us.  

Live Lobster Shipments

  • We have a very trustworthy company  in Maine ship our live lobsters for us. They are packed in Styrofoam coolers and corrugated boxes. Our lobsters leave the cold waters  for the first time on the day of shipment to you, so they should arrive in fine shape, although a bit groggy from the trip.
  • All live lobsters must be shipped overnight and should be cooked on the day of arrival.
  • Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for refunds or replacements of orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or gifts sent to recipients who are not available to accept packages in a timely manner.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your products, please call Cyndi at ext 10.
