whole red snapper and like fish.... Please try these!!!

Grilled Whole Gulf Snapper with Rosemary and Lime

  1. Open the fish and stuff with sliced rings of two limes, as well as 1 sprig rosemary.
  2. Generously salt and pepper.
  3. Close fish and rub the outside of the fish with olive oil.
  4. Salt and pepper, and top with the rest of the key lime slices and rosemary sprigs.
  5. Add a foil lining to the bottom of a grill basket.
  6. Lay fish on top of the foil and close basket (if you're making over a beach bonfire, add another piece of foil on top of the fish to make a foil pouch- this prevents sand from getting into your fish, but will stick to the skin of the fish a bit).
  7. Cook in grill basket on a grill (or in a hot bonfire) until meat is opaque throughout, about 15 minutes depending on the heat of the grill or fire. Bonfires might take a bit longer if there are not a lot of hot coals.
  8. Serve whole or flake fish for fresh tacos, place over a salad, or use in a seafood lettuce wrap.

Specials good thru Wednesday August 16th 6pm
